Arrivals

Guest arrival time is between 4-7 pm, please indicate if you have any specific requirements during booking as I will always do my best to accommodate individual requests.

Your departure on the last morning should be by 10.30am.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit of £30 is required for all rooms.

If a cancellation is made up to 14 days prior to the date booked, a full refund of deposit will be possible.

If the cancellation is made after 14 days prior to the booking, 2/3 of the FULL amount is liable.

Non-arrivals will be liable for the FULL amount and an invoice will be sent out for payment.

I understand that circumstances can change and should you need to cancel your booking, I will always try to re-let your room so that it is not necessary to charge you.
