Guest arrival time is between 4-7 pm, please indicate if you have any specific requirements during booking as I will always do my best to accommodate individual requests.

Your departure on the last morning should be by 10.30am.

Cycles may be secured in the rear garden behind locked 6ft gates.

There are dogs in the owners’ part of the house and therefore there will be animal allergens present.

If you do not want your breakfast until 10 am it is quite possible that you do not need to – please ask (nicely).

Payment must be by old fashioned cheque (with bank guarantee card) or jolly old cash – sorry ‘swiping’ is not possible.

Deposits of £30 per room is payable for rooms. If you need to cancel I will try to re-let your room but in the event of that not being possible, the deposit would be non-refundable.

I would like you to be comfortable both physically and mentally at No: 23 and I will try my best to ensure that happens.
